We try to keep it simple.
Please notify us within 48 hours if your Beer Buddy has arrived damaged. Such cases are rare, but we need to be able to get back to the couriers within a reasonable period of time. We will replace any orders which are damaged in transit.
If you have an issue with your Beer Buddy, please contact us through this site. Let us know where and when you bought your Buddy and we'll do our best to put things right.
None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer.....of Beer Buddies, or of any of the refreshments you chose to open with your Beer Buddy!
